Product Description
ARMORFIX -108 is a standard setting floor and wall tile adhesive suitable for ceramics, mosaic tiles and vitrified tiles.

ARMORFIX 108 confirms to EN 120004 C1
The substrate must be fully cured and well prepared, it must be sound, clean, structurally stable, f ree f rom dirt, loose particles, efflorescence, chemicals and other contaminants, in order to ensure proper bonding. Standard practice requires at least seven weeks before tiling on concrete and two weeks before tiling on screed.
Pour ARMORFIX-108 into a clean plastic or metal bucket containing 3.6 Litres of clean water, pour adequate quantity of ARMORFIX-108 that can be used within the pot life of 4 hours. 20kg of ARMORFIX -108 requires approximately 3.6 litres of water. Stir with a mixing device or by hand. Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes and restart briefly before application. No further water should be added after mixing.
Remove the excess mortar on tools with copious amount of water; if already dry you can remove through mechanical means. Also prolonged contact with skin may occur as it is the case with all cementitious based material, therefore safety gloves and glasses should be used when working.
12 months. Store in a dry place.
Spread ARMORFIX -108 tile adhesive mortar evenly over 1m² area at a time using a notched trowel. Fix tiles immediately within the open time of 20 – 40 minutes. Please be sure that all areas are covered with ARMORFIX 108.
GROUTING
Grouting should be done 24 hours after tiling, for SWIMMING pool leave at least 3 days before grouting and at least one week before filling.
The consumption is determined by the size of the tiles, placement techniques and the conditions of the substrate. Rough surfaces consume more materials. See table in technical information for guidance.
