ARMORFIX 110
NATURAL STONES
Product Description
ARMORFIX -110 is a high performing, polymer modified cementitious based tile adhesive. It is specifically engineered for fixing of vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles and porous natural stones on walls and floors and old tiled surfaces. It is suitable for tile on tile application and direct application on other flooring materials.
- High adhesive tensile strength
- It has excellent adhesion on vertical
- Easy to mix and apply
- Non sag properties with high initial adhesiveness
- Greater workability due to high port life
- Tiled floor can be made available for traffic in 24
For the installation of floor and wall vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles and porous natural stones on walls and floors and old tiled surfaces.
The substrate must be fully cured and well prepared, it must be sound, clean, structurally stable, f ree f rom dirt, loose particles, efflorescence, chemicals and other contaminants, in order to ensure proper bonding.
Pour ARMORFIX-110 into a clean plastic or metal bucket containing clean water. 20kg of ARMORFIX -110 requires 5 litres of water. Stir with a mixing device or by hand. Let the mixture rest for 2-3 minutes and restart briefly before application. No further water should be added after mixing. Please note that ARMORFIX-110 should be poured into water and not water poured into ARMORFIX 110 to achieve optimum performance.
Spread ARMORFIX -110 tile adhesive mortar evenly over 1m2 area at a time using a notched trowel.
Fix tiles immediately within the open time of 20- 40 minutes. Please be sure that all areas are covered with ARMORFIX -110.
