traffic exposure. - Resistant to extreme hot and cold changes in
temperature - Passes ADA recommendations
- Meets or exceeds FDA AND USDA guidelines

- Resistant to high levels of relative humidity
in substrates - Self-leveling, water based, & VOC compliant
formulation - CA 01350 indoor air quality compliant
- Does not contain phthalates
Surface preparation:
Adequate and detailed surface preparation is essential for durability of product after installation. Before application surface must be clean, dry and without contamination. The compressive strength of substrate must be at least 25MPA and cohesive bond strength must not be less than 1.5Mpa. A working vapor barrier on all on grade substrates is recommended.
Mixing & Application:
Pour part A and part B and begin to immediately add the part C mortar mix. Mix for two minutes. Note: If the aggregate is not thoroughly mixed and all Portland cement is not thoroughly mixed in the slurry, blisters may develop in the finished floor. Pour the mixed slurry immediately onto the prepared substrate and spread with the gage rake at desired thickness. Allow to set 2 minutes and back roll with a porcupine roller to help release air bubbles. Broadcast aggregate immediately. Additional basecoats can be applied after 5-6 hours if necessary to build up the thickness if heavy thermal shock attack is anticipated. After final base coat is cured, sweep up and vacuum excess sand or media and apply the selected topcoat.
Some chemicals may cause discoloration but this will not affect the performance of the floor. Test for discoloration before use is this is a concern.
