THREE COMPONENT EPOXY STRUCTURAL GROUT
Product Description
ARMORGROUT 110 is a three-component moisture tolerant structural epoxy grout
consisting of resin, hardener and special fillers the part that all have to be mixed together before use.

ARMORGROUT 110 is recommended for use as a
structural adhesive and grout in concrete and
metal in areas such as:
- Anchoring steel bars
- heavy equipments and transporting rails
- chemical plants and testing equipments
- Under base plates
- Turbines, compressors, pumps
ARMORGROUT 110 is available in two different pack sizes consisting of (resin, hardener and filler). It comes in 8kg packs and 15kg packs.
With proper storage material can be stored and used within 12 months
STRUCTURAL GROUTING
Pour Component A and B in ratio in a clean container and mix using a low speed power drill for 30 seconds. Add component C in the mixture and mix for two minutes until homogeneity is achieved with a low speed power drill.
POURING
The mixture must be poured from one side steadily to eliminate entrapment of air.
Regulate the time of mixing and batching.
Ensure there is sufficient grout available before pouring.

The recommended dosage for Aquaseal 100 is
0.5 kg per bag of 50kg cement. Note that
optimum dosage to meet specific requirements
should always be determined by trial mixes using
admixture on site
