ARMORFLO 300
WATER-RESISTANT HEAVY-DUTY SMOOTHENING SELF LEVELLING UNDERLAYMENT
Product Description
ARMORFLO 300 is a self -smoothening underlayment for medium to heavy duty
industrial flooring applications such as warehouse, factory and industrial floors requiring durability and strength. It is designed for easy application on concrete floors over concrete floors as an underlayment for subsequent placement of floor coverings.
- Aesthetically nice self-leveling and
smooth finish - Fast setting, can be worked on within 3 to
4 hours, depending on the temperature - Excellent workability, can be poured or
pumped - Minimal shrinkage and outstanding
resistance to crack - Excellent bond strength
ARMORFLO 300 can be used for smoothening
underlayment of the following areas:
- Industrial floor and warehouse
- Self-leveling of interior and exterior areas
before floor coverings - Leveling of wood subfloors
MIXING: Pour 5 Litres of water into a clean
plastic or metal bucket , pour ARMORFLO 300
into the clean bucket of water, then mix with a
power mixer at 400 RPM for two minutes.
Prepare concrete substrate in accordance with International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) Technical Guideline. Remove all unsound concrete and provide a profiled, porous surface. Substrate must be structurally sound, dust-free, and free of grease, oil, dirt, curing compounds, release agents, or any other surface or penetrated contaminants that will adversely affect bond. Pressure wash the surface with a commercial pressure washer (3000 psi, 4 GPM) (21MPa, 0.25 L/s) and allow to fully dry before application.
Pour the material on the area to be resurfaced using a smoothing trowel ,because of the selfleveling property of ARMORFLO 300 the material can easily be finished as desired, spike roller will be used to eliminate entrapped air or bubbles and to give a uniform appearance. The level of thickness will also be determined by the application need, but should be achieved in one application; the mixed material can be applied at a thickness between 3mm and 20 mm. If the mix hardens, it should be disposed, please do not attempt to remix or add water to hardened mix.
Remove the excess mortar on tools with copious
amount of water; if already dry you can remove
through mechanical means. Also prolonged
contact with skin may occur as it is the case with all
cementitious based material, therefore safety
gloves and glasses should be used when working.
ARMORFLO 300 should be specified for factory floors, warehouses , hospitals etc and un derlayment for floor coverings. It is particularly
suitable for areas requiring hardwearing and durable flooring.
ARMORFLO 300 is packed in 20 kg and 25kg bags
.Store in a cold dry place. With proper storage
material can be stored and used within 12 month
