Product Description
ARMORPATCH 100 is a polymer modified shrinkage
compensated, fiber-reinforced, high strength mortar
specially formulated for concrete repairs in vertical
and horizontal surfaces. It can be used in the
following areas
- Interior and exterior
- Leveling and repair of horizontal concrete surfaces
- Parking & bridge decks
- Industrial floors
- Recommended for areas requiring moisture
remediation - Aesthetically nice self leveling and smooth finish
- Fiber reinforced to eliminate crack and increase
strength - Good corrosion Inhibition property, therefore
protects reinforcement - Minimal shrinkage and outstanding resistance to
crack - Excellent bond strength
- High abrasion resistance
- ARMORPATCH can be used for all structural concrete
repairs such as: - Interior and exterior concrete surfaces
- Repair of horizontal and vertical surfaces
- Repair concrete sidewalks, concrete spalling

12 months stored in a cool dry place.
MIXING: Pour 4.4 -4.6 litres of water into a clean
plastic or metal bucket, pour 70% of ARMORPATCH
100 into the clean bucket of water, then mix with a
power mixer at 400 RPM, after two minutes of
mixing pour the rest of the material and mix until full
homogeneity is achieved

The recommended dosage for Aquaseal 100 is
0.5 kg per bag of 50kg cement. Note that
optimum dosage to meet specific requirements
should always be determined by trial mixes using
admixture on site

this material must be handled professionally as
