Product Description
ARMORPATCH 200 is a non-chloride corrosion
inhibiting, polymer-modified shrinkage compensated,
fibre reinforced, high strength mortar specially
formulated for structural concrete repairs
in vertical and horizontal surfaces. It can be used in the
following areas
Interior and exterior, Leveling and repair of horizontal
concrete surfaces, Structural repairs, Parking & bridge
decks, Industrial floors
- Aesthetically nice self leveling and
smooth finish - Fiber reinforced to eliminate crack and
increase strength - Good corrosion Inhibition property,
therefore protect reinforcements - Minimal shrinkage and outstanding
resistance to crack - Excellent bond strength
- High abrasion resistance
ARMORPATCH 200 can be used for all structural
concrete repairs such as:
- Interior and exterior concrete surfaces
- Reinforced and pre-stressed beams
- Repair concrete sidewalks, concrete spalling
- Industrial areas
- Parking lots and bridge decks
ARMORPATCH 200 is packed in 20 kg and 25kg
bags .Store in a cold dry place.
With proper storage
material can be stored and used within 12 months.
MIXING: Pour 6 liters of water into a clean plastic or
metal bucket, pour 70% of ARMORPATCH 200 into
the clean bucket of water, then mix with a power
mixer at 400 RPM, after two minutes of mixing pour
the rest of the material and mix until full
homogeneity is achieved
